- BREED OF THE MONTH COMPETITION -

1. Entries close at midnight on the last day of the corresponding month.
2. The chosen winner must have availability the following 2 months to book the photography session.
3. Photography sessions will take place at your choice of one of three pre-selected locations in Port Coquitlam, BC.
4. Breed of the Month sessions cannot be combined with any other gift certificate, promotion or special offer.
5. No part of the Breed of the Month offer can be transferred and is not redeemable for cash.
6. You must be 19 years of age or older to enter.
7. By entering this contest, you consent to receive emails from Cedar & Bark Photography. You can unsubscribe at any time.
8. This competition is not affiliated with Meta.
9. Void where prohibited by law.

- GIFT CERTIFICATES -

1. Gift Certificates must be validated within 7 days of receipt. Contact me with your name, phone number, email address, and Gift Certificate Number to validate. 
2. Gift Certificates are subject to session times and availability and should be booked early to avoid disappointment.
3. Gift Certificates are non-refundable and non-transferable and cannot be partially or fully redeemed for cash.
4. Gift Certificates cannot be split between people or sessions and are only valid for one session.
5. Gift Certificates cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
6. Gift Certificates must be presented at the time of use.
7. Gift Certificates will not be replaced if lost or stolen without a receipt.
8. Your session must be booked prior to the Gift Certificate expiry date.
9. Gift Certificates cannot be used to purchase portraits from a previous photography session.
10. All ordered photographs are permanently backed up and stored. Unordered images will not be retained.
11. Cedar & Bark Photography respects your privacy, and personal information is not shared with any third party or other organizations.
12. Cedar & Bark Photography reserves the right to refuse service at any time.

- REFERRAL CREDIT -

1. There is no limit to the amount of referral credit you can earn.
2. Referral credit must be used within 1 year from the date the credit is issued.
3. Referral credit cannot be redeemed for cash and is non-transferable.
4. Multiple credits will not be given for the same referral.
5. Referral credit will be issued to the referrer once the client that has been referred has completed their signature session.
